How long does it take to process an order?
All orders are processed within 1-2 weeks after receiving payment. However, processing time may be slowed when we are closed for the holidays. Or if we are experiencing a higher than normal volume of orders, order processing may be delayed.
How much is shipping?
Free shipping on select products. Flat-rate shipping applies to Centr x HYROX gear, official HYROX equipment, Centr accessories, and dumbbells within the continental United States.
- Smaller items ship via FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
- Large items ship through one of our trusted freight partners.
Where can you ship to?
Centr ships to addresses within the U.S, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. With the exception of Hawaii and Alaska. We currently do not ship outside of the contiguous United States.
Am I able to return the product if I decide to?
Yes, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within the first 15 days of the date listed on the purchase invoice with the following guidelines and exceptions: *Sale Items* and *Items that have been mishandled, damaged or altered beyond reason*.
Will my product come with assembly?
Unfortunately, our products sold on our website do not include assembly and installation. If you’re looking for help with assembly, please reach out to our Customer Service department.

Stiff, sandless but sturdy
"Sturdy bag with strong Velcro but you have to buy your own sand, measure it, and fill it which was annoying and not obvious to me when purchasing because I thought having the inserts meant the actual weights were included given the price. The two inserts are thick canvas bags with hard edges. It made the bag actually really uncomfortable on my neck and shoulders because the inserts overlap inside (rather than stack or side by side) and the weight is uneven. The stiffness was also a problem because it made my posture really challenging to stay upright. I eventually dumped one of the inserts out into my own plastic bag so that it could spread more evenly and mimic the more loose draping effect you’d find at the actual race."
