How long does it take to process an order?

All orders are processed within 1-2 weeks after receiving payment. However, processing time may be slowed when we are closed for the holidays. Or if we are experiencing a higher than normal volume of orders, order processing may be delayed.

Free shipping on select products. Flat-rate shipping applies to Centr x HYROX gear, official HYROX equipment, Centr accessories, and dumbbells within the continental United States.

Smaller items ship via FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
Large items ship through one of our trusted freight partners.

Where can you ship to?

Centr ships to addresses within the U.S, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. With the exception of Hawaii and Alaska. We currently do not ship outside of the contiguous United States.

Am I able to return the product if I decide to?

Great machine I recommend

"This is a great piece of equipment. I've had it set up and been working out with it for a week. It's such an upgrade to my old unit. Night and day. The cables are smooth like butter. I have to say that it does take a little getting used to. Once you get the hang of everything and how you gotta twist the Smith bar It's like second nature. The one thing that I have to say does not work well. Is the leg attachment. But having the ability to do everything else with this machine makes up for it. I would highly recommend and I would buy this product again. I also opted and got the preacher curl, and it works great."
