How long does it take to process an order?
All orders are processed within 1-2 weeks after receiving payment. However, processing time may be slowed when we are closed for the holidays. Or if we are experiencing a higher than normal volume of orders, order processing may be delayed.
How much is shipping?
Free shipping on select products. Flat-rate shipping applies to Centr x HYROX gear, official HYROX equipment, Centr accessories, and dumbbells within the continental United States.
- Smaller items ship via FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
- Large items ship through one of our trusted freight partners.
Where can you ship to?
Centr ships to addresses within the U.S, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. With the exception of Hawaii and Alaska. We currently do not ship outside of the contiguous United States.
Am I able to return the product if I decide to?
Yes, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within the first 15 days of the date listed on the purchase invoice with the following guidelines and exceptions: *Sale Items* and *Items that have been mishandled, damaged or altered beyond reason*.
Will my product come with assembly?

Nice, but won't work with FTX
"This is a really nice bar, but doesn't work with the FTX (and probably wont with the FT1 either). The idea of clipping both stacks is great, but on the FTX the stacks are completely separate and don't join in the middle. You can try to pull the cables to the middle and attach, but its super clumsy and doesn't really work. The bar is really nice quality, but make sure you buy it for the right model of Inspire"

"I love that this has multiple attachment holes so that it can be used with the two central cables on my Inspire FT2, it allows me to do pulldowns w/ a lot of weight and it still feels balanced. It is a little awkward to get on and off, but it otherwise works so well that I thinks it's a small point"
