How long does it take to process an order?
All orders are processed within 1-2 weeks after receiving payment. However, processing time may be slowed when we are closed for the holidays. Or if we are experiencing a higher than normal volume of orders, order processing may be delayed.
How much is shipping?
Free shipping on select products. Flat-rate shipping applies to Centr x HYROX gear, official HYROX equipment, Centr accessories, and dumbbells within the continental United States.
- Smaller items ship via FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
- Large items ship through one of our trusted freight partners.
Where can you ship to?
Centr ships to addresses within the U.S, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. With the exception of Hawaii and Alaska. We currently do not ship outside of the contiguous United States.
Am I able to return the product if I decide to?
Yes, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within the first 15 days of the date listed on the purchase invoice with the following guidelines and exceptions: *Sale Items* and *Items that have been mishandled, damaged or altered beyond reason*.
Will my product come with assembly?

Great product for progressive overload
"I've had these stacks on an FT1 for a few years now and they've worked out great. Not sure why the numbers don't align with the originals but I don't really care. I've moved around a few times so the weights are a little banged up but coating is holding up pretty well. Highly recommend you install these while assembling as putting them on afterwards is a bit of a pain."

"These are a necessity for the Inspire Fitness FT2! You add the weights to the machine early on in the game. If you wait to add more weight latter then you will regret it. It adds 50 lbs. to each side so you have something to grow into as your workouts improve. Be sure to order 2 stacks as each side needs one."
