How long does it take to process an order?
All orders are processed within 1-2 weeks after receiving payment. However, processing time may be slowed when we are closed for the holidays. Or if we are experiencing a higher than normal volume of orders, order processing may be delayed.
How much is shipping?
Free shipping on select products. Flat-rate shipping applies to Centr x HYROX gear, official HYROX equipment, Centr accessories, and dumbbells within the continental United States.
- Smaller items ship via FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
- Large items ship through one of our trusted freight partners.
Where can you ship to?
Centr ships to addresses within the U.S, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. With the exception of Hawaii and Alaska. We currently do not ship outside of the contiguous United States.
Am I able to return the product if I decide to?
Yes, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within the first 15 days of the date listed on the purchase invoice with the following guidelines and exceptions: *Sale Items* and *Items that have been mishandled, damaged or altered beyond reason*.
Will my product come with assembly?

"Great add-on. Helps with progressive overload, with quick install and removal, while also managing to remain secure on the stack. There are no instructions for use, so note the stack pulley has to be rotated 90 degrees to fit the add-on weight, and the two "fang" protrusions point down, which keeps the piece from further sliding out (in my opinion they really aren't needed as it is held pretty well by friction/gravity). This piece has really helped with the underdeveloped muscles on (typically single-stack) lifts where I hovered at low weights. For instance, progressing from 10lb max to 20lb max was insurmountable; to be able to go to 15lbs made the 20lb goal attainable."
