WHAT IS A HYROX TRAINING CENTER?

The HYROX TRAINING CENTER (HPC) is the ideal solution for HYROX training, whether as a stand-alone facility or as a gym-within-a-gym solution. Specialized training options such as HYROX workouts and CENTR x HYROX equipment set the HYROX TRAINING CENTER apart from conventional gyms.

The adaptable Centr x HYROX rig systems serve as practical storage areas for sandbags, kettlebells, wall balls, weight plates and ropes. The HPC offers space for a wide variety of workouts that are precisely tailored to the requirements of the HYROX races and training for all performance levels.
