All orders are processed within 1-2 weeks after receiving payment. However, processing time may be slowed when we are closed for the holidays. Or if we are experiencing a higher than normal volume of orders, order processing may be delayed.
Free shipping on select products. Flat-rate shipping applies to Centr x HYROX gear, official HYROX equipment, Centr accessories, and dumbbells within the continental United States.
Centr ships to addresses within the U.S, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. With the exception of Hawaii and Alaska. We currently do not ship outside of the contiguous United States.
Yes, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within the first 15 days of the date listed on the purchase invoice with the following guidelines and exceptions: *Sale Items* and *Items that have been mishandled, damaged or altered beyond reason*.

"Feels and works great. The shape is nice, and I like that they are the same size despite different weights so I can use for pushups and dips. The finish doesn’t look as nice in person as the advertisements. Lettering/numbers aren’t recessed and are a gray color in lieu of the bright white shown. I was expecting the casing to be more like a rubberized texture than a smooth hard plastic. Still better than anything else I’ve used."
