How long does it take to process an order?
All orders are processed within 1-2 weeks after receiving payment. However, processing time may be slowed when we are closed for the holidays. Or if we are experiencing a higher than normal volume of orders, order processing may be delayed.
How much is shipping?
Free shipping on select products. Flat-rate shipping applies to Centr x HYROX gear, official HYROX equipment, Centr accessories, and dumbbells within the continental United States.
- Smaller items ship via FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
- Large items ship through one of our trusted freight partners.
Where can you ship to?
Centr ships to addresses within the U.S, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. With the exception of Hawaii and Alaska. We currently do not ship outside of the contiguous United States.
Am I able to return the product if I decide to?
Yes, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within the first 15 days of the date listed on the purchase invoice with the following guidelines and exceptions: *Sale Items* and *Items that have been mishandled, damaged or altered beyond reason*.
Will my product come with assembly?

The real deal. . . get one!
"The Centr 2 is the real deal. If you're on the fence on a piece of equipment like this, go ahead and order it. It's definitely not some cheap knock-off home gym. I wasn't sure what to expect with delivery so I attached a picture in case you're also wondering: about 7ft by 4ft by a foot flat on a big pallet. With six little boxes on top, each with 50lbs of weights. Delivery guy pallet-jacked it into our garage for us. Quick and easy delivery. It's heavy and big, so no way the whole box was going to the basement. Took my wife and I about half an hour to open it up and haul all the parts down to the gym. The two big side pieces are probably best carried by two people. Don't worry about assembly: about 80% of the thing is in five parts put together with 12 bolts. You'll need two people for that and took an hour. The rest is pretty much the four slide poles, four more bolts, and adding all the weights. Just more than an hour or so for one person. Instructions are spot-on. It comes with cheapy tools that'll do the job, but a ratchet and a couple sockets will help. Includes touch-up paint and a little lube for the poles. It looks great in the corner of our home gym and it's as smooth as any machine we've ever used. We look forward to many years of use. There is a lack of instructions on using it. One page in the manual describing four exercises (two of which you need a bench for, with isn't included), but the manual is mostly for assembly, parts lists, and maintenance. We're not newbies so we can figure it out, but I think the idea is to sign-up/register in the app, and pay for a subscription if you want instructions. It appears the app is useless without registering/signing-up, which we have not done. There is a free trial, though. Bottom line: get one and enjoy!"
